Comberton Road
The masterplan creates garden landscapes for two new build houses placed side by side and situated in Barton near Cambridge. There is continuity within the design of both areas though we have focused on adding unique twists to each space so that each garden feels unique whilst at the same being part of a unified whole. The entertaining areas are minimalist and elegant in order to complement the modern architecture of the properties. Our focus on the paving layout translated into a tailor-made scheme made of sawn granite to emphasise the modern aesthetics we aim to create. Topiary mediates between the architecture and the wider landscape and water enlivens the space.
